This multicolor breathable ball gag combines a 1.57-inch vented silicone mouthpiece with adjustable faux-leather straps, gold-tone O-rings, and four color pairings. Its two-tone styling gives the classic breathable ball construction a more distinctive visual identity than plain single-color gag designs.

1.57-Inch Vented Silicone Ball with Three Air Holes

The round silicone mouthpiece features three visible openings through the front of the ball, creating open air channels rather than a completely solid sphere. The mouthpiece keeps a familiar ball-gag profile while clearly distinguishing this SKU from solid silicone designs.

Two-Tone Straps with Four Color Pairings

Pink and white, black and red, red and black, and all-black options combine the same vented mouthpiece with different strap and ball color pairings. Gold-tone O-rings and rivet hardware connect the mouthpiece to the adjustable strap and add consistent metallic contrast across the collection.

    Ball Gag Guide

Ball gag with secure fit, smooth mouthpiece, and controlled restraint feel.

    Vented 1.57-Inch Silicone Ball

The mouthpiece uses a round silicone form with three open air holes rather than a completely solid sphere. Actual fit and pressure depend on mouth size, jaw position, ball diameter, and strap adjustment, so comfort and breathing should be checked frequently during use.

Best Uses for This Multicolor Breathable Ball Gag

Its vented mouthpiece and color-focused styling suit beginner-to-intermediate exploration, coordinated gear sets, visually themed restraint scenes, and buyers who want a breathable ball construction with more distinctive black, red, pink, or white combinations.

How the Multicolor Version Differs from Standard Breathable Gags

The vented mouthpiece follows a familiar breathable ball-gag construction, while this SKU adds four distinct strap-and-ball color combinations. Its primary difference is visual styling rather than a different mouthpiece mechanism, making the two-tone pairings the defining feature of this model.

Fit & Safety Notes for the Vented Ball Gag

Adjust the strap gradually so the 1.57-inch ball sits securely without excessive pressure on the jaw or corners of the mouth. The three air holes provide open channels through the mouthpiece but do not replace normal breathing and safety checks. Establish a non-verbal stop signal, monitor continuously, and remove the gag immediately if breathing difficulty, pain, numbness, nausea, or distress occurs.

Ball gag with silicone mouthpiece, adjustable strap, and metal buckle.

Why the Two-Tone Vented Design Stands Out

The 1.57-inch silicone ball uses three front air holes while the surrounding faux-leather strap system introduces multiple two-tone color combinations. Gold-tone O-rings connect the mouthpiece and strap, creating a consistent visual detail across all four style options.

Ball gag care setup with gentle cleaning and dry storage.

Care for This Multicolor Breathable Ball Gag

Clean the silicone ball and each air hole thoroughly after use with a suitable mild cleaner, then allow all openings and surfaces to dry fully. Wipe the faux-leather strap and gold-tone hardware separately with a soft slightly damp cloth and avoid prolonged moisture around the rivets and buckle.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this a breathable ball gag?

The silicone ball includes three openings through the front of the mouthpiece, creating open air channels instead of using a completely solid sphere.

How large is the vented silicone ball?

The round silicone mouthpiece measures approximately 1.57 inches in diameter.

    What color combinations are available?

Available combinations include Pink & White, Black & Red, Red & Black, and All Black, all using the same vented silicone ball construction.

How is this different from a standard solid ball gag?

This model uses three air holes through the silicone ball rather than a completely solid mouthpiece. You can compare solid, vented, shaped, and specialty designs in our ball gags collection.

Do the air holes make gag use completely safe for breathing?

No. The openings provide air channels through the mouthpiece, but they do not remove the need to monitor breathing, jaw comfort, and overall condition throughout use. Never leave a gagged partner unattended.
